Tom Tugendhat is a British politician and geopolitical expert specialising in international affairs. As former Chair of the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Select Committee and co-founder of the China Research Group, he has closely scrutinised Beijing’s economic and strategic ambitions. Tom co-authored The New Technology State with Bill Raduchel, exploring how technology is reshaping global power dynamics—a subject central to his expertise on China's digital and economic influence.
